Notes: A/C in bedroom $10 per night.
  We do not charge the 10% to 15% room service fee that many establishments do.
  7% Government tax is additional.
  Rates are quoted in US$ and subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  There is a three (3) night minimum stay policy.

 

Payment policy

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required within two weeks of booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. We accept travellers cheques, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

 

Cancellation policy

Deposit will be refunded, minus a 10% handling fee, if written notification of cancellation is received 60 days before arrival. Cancellation terms for 30-60 days 50% of deposit will be refunded. Less than 30 days notice, no refund will be available.
